We came to Evergreen because we liked its focus on both church and city communities. We were welcomed so quickly and felt like we could call Evergreen home right away. From the first time I came everyone was so kind and welcoming. I felt like I belonged from the very beginning. Evergreen is so missionally focused and the Free Methodist Church in general is driven towards mercy, equality, and justice. I’m excited to join Evergreen in alerting people to God’s Kingdom. I’m becoming a missional partner to be an active part in a church that isn’t just a Sunday thing but a lifestyle thing, as well as how Evergreen is transforming lives. It’s exciting!
