Brad Moss

He and Rachael have been married 5 years and have a two year old (Lucy) and another child on the way.
He holds a bachelor's in Youth Ministry from Spring Arbor University and served in full time youth ministry for ten years, the last four as an ordained Elder. Brad is working on a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University.
Brad leads at Evergreen through Pinecones and Worship Design.
He contributes shepherding and teaching gifts to Evergreen and enjoys developing leaders, caring for people, and building consensus around a common vision.

Clay Blackwell

Prior to living in Ann Arbor, Clay lived in Monroe, Michigan.
Clay and Katy have been married since 2020.
B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in Leadership from University of Detroit Mercy; Associate's of Science from Monroe County Community College.
Clay feels called to co-vocational ministry as he continues his graduate work through the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
He is passionate about helping everyone become responsible stewards of his and her own gifts and talents for the sake of mission.

Clay brings prophetic and apostolic gifts to Evergreen and feels called to a ministry of empowering the church to carry out the mission of the Kingdom of God, namely reconciliation and renewal.

Derik is an Ann Arbor native who grew up in Chelsea, MI.
He has been married to Kimberly since 2013 and they have three wonderful kids, Hannah (2017), Lily (2020), and Samuel (2022)!
M.Div and M.A. Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary; B.A. in Youth Ministry from Spring Arbor University.
Derik is passionate about seeing people experience hope, healing, and wholeness in and through Jesus Christ, as well as seeing every person given purpose through joining God in His mission and great story of redemption.
Derik brings apostolic-teaching, shepherding, and prophetic gifts to Evergreen, as well as strengths of learner and input… He’s always recommending a book to someone!

Katy is originally from Australia but has lived in a total of 4 countries and was born in a 5th. She lives in Ann Arbor with her husband Clay.
Katy has been married to Clay since 2020.

Currently in her last year of her Masters Program in Speech Language Pathology at Eastern Michigan University.
B.A in Communications and minor in Linguistics from Oakland University.
Katy has been at Evergreen since 2020 and has helped in many roles such as volunteer coordinator, worship team and other shepherding tasks.
Katy brings Teaching and Shepherding gifts to Evergreen, serving also as a Missional Community Leader for Ann Arbor.
Currently a Conference Ministerial Candidate in the Free Methodist Church.
